Our Mission

Supporting future leaders through guidance, opportunity, community, and the human-animal bond.

Shepherds Watch provides structured support that promotes academic achievement, personal responsibility, healthy choices, leadership, community involvement, and practical life development.

Program Pathways

The Classroom and Beyond the Classroom are separate, connected programs.

The Classroom serves the youth-development stage. Beyond the Classroom serves the young-adult transition stage.

The Classroom - Ages 6-16

Mentoring, tutoring, projects, leadership, life skills, community experiences, and supervised animal-care education.

Beyond the Classroom - Age 17+

Mentorship, internships, sponsorship opportunities, business and community partnerships, education, careers, workforce readiness, and stability resources.

Community Impact

Both pathways are designed to help participants become prepared, stable, responsible adults who can contribute to sustainable communities.

Connect With Shepherds Watch

Support can take many forms.

Families, mentors, businesses, community-based organizations, educators, workforce programs, sponsors, and supporters can connect with Shepherds Watch through the appropriate program pathway.
